Goodbye Comscore, Nielsen hello Ad planner!

Like if you paid to subscribe to the above then you probably wont choose to much longer as last year in late June, Google released Ad Planner which is free, helping mine interesting insights for finding the target audience on the net.  I can see this as being advatangeous for advertisers running content network ads on Google et al. Could there be browser toolbar data thrown in quite possibly?  Yes it gives google more power in terms of information within digital media planning but it also mean small and medium sized companies will get that visibility they didnt have before due to budget.
