Official response from the client’s Hosting company
You’re seeing that because as default the server is locked down. Any request for a CGI script not enabled returns 404. PHP is not installed on this machine as I haven’t had a need for it so far. I’m guessing you’re using PHP to send an email with the contents of a contact form. You’re quickest and best solution for this would be to use ASP (standard or .net). I can give you a sample script if you need, but I’m sure you’ll be able to hack something out in VBScript!
