I couldn’t believe Simon Smith got sacked from the show, then again I missed the because I was in Slovakia. Its a shame though because he was one of the very few likeable and probably in my opinion the most competent of them all.  I think Alan Sugar was slightly disparaging when he made satire of Simon being nothing more than good for grafting.  Simon Smith, in my opinion has shown more leadership qualities than most of them.  Now I tip Raef the debonair entrepreneur to win.
