This is an interesting one and some people may agree or disagree with my analysis.

Strengths

I would say my strengths would be at starting a project with a bias for action, understanding financial statements, passing written exams, passing job interviews, persistent, understanding SEO, coming up with ideas, being hardworking and diligence, fairly resourceful and some understanding of business in general.

Weaknesses

My weaknesses might be that I don’t bite my toungue due to my hot headed ego, I care too much of how i think of myself, my communication of complicated concepts could also be improved upon.  Despite being able to write good business cases and business plans, I struggle a little when I’m put on the spot to argue a case or explain a new concept.  I also need to also get less lost into the detail and see the quickest route to getting the best results i.e. the bigger picture. I hate manual work but I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty.
